Apparently I have a Tumblr?
Well, apparently I have a Tumblr account which I completely forgot about…So considering my last update was around new years…here is the lowdown of my summer.
Okay, for some apparent reason all my plans that I had in place got completely scrapped and I moved down south and started working at Thorpe Park as a Ride host. I had no idea what this was going to entail, I had never even been to Thorpe Park before. But hey ho, I went with the flow. On my first day I was scared, nervous, and bloody confused. Thankfully I bumped into a little person whom later in this story I will be moving in with.
The Thorpe Park life started weird, and I was lost, but it soon sucked me in. The socials, the people, the rides, the atmosphere, it was weird. I had found a home from home, I felt welcomed and comfortable for the first time in my life. I think it’s a mixture of being independent and surrounded by good people.
Don’t get me wrong I miss my home life, in fact the highlights of my summer were spent at a couple of festivals with my home boys in You And What Army and crew (You know who you all are!). I miss that life, and will always return to it when I can. I hope those guys know that I am willing to drop everything for them if they ever need or want me on board.
So summer is pretty much gone, I’m more tanned than I have ever been thanks to working outside everyday, and completely knackered. However I wouldn’t change it for anything. What made my summer? The people? Thorpe Park? Being by myself? Supernatural Season 5?.. I don’t know.. But I know being down here has been a good choice.
Which is why I shall be moving in with the very first person I met when I got down here, Miss Susannah Farry (AKA Levi). All being well we will be moving in somewhere over the next week or so. And quite frankly…I’m a bit excited!
